Pharos Consulting is primarily based in the Fraser Valley, Canada (S'ólh Téméxw) and Wellington, New Zealand (Te Whanganui-a-Tara).

We recognize and the traditional custodians of these lands (Stó':lō First Nations and Te Āti Awa Tangata Whenua respectively), sincerely appreciate their stewardship, and acknowledge their rights, title and connection to these territories.

Karl Dougherty

Consultant

Karl is a Workforce Management and analytical expert with nearly two decades’ experience in the financial sector. His diverse background includes customer-facing and back office roles, team leadership, risk mitigation, project implementation, change facilitation, detailed reporting, and coaching.

A Microsoft Excel guru and Genesys Cloud WFM specialist, Karl holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, and has delivered complex projects utilizing Prince2 and PMP frameworks. This flexibility allows him to provide high-quality yet tailored approaches to a wide range of organizations, staff and customers.
