Pharos Consulting is primarily based in the Fraser Valley, Canada (S'ólh Téméxw) and Wellington, New Zealand (Te Whanganui-a-Tara).

We recognize and the traditional custodians of these lands (Stó':lō First Nations and Te Āti Awa Tangata Whenua respectively), sincerely appreciate their stewardship, and acknowledge their rights, title and connection to these territories.

Karl is a Workforce Management and analytical expert with two decades’ experience in the financial and education sectors. His diverse background includes customer-facing and back office roles, team leadership, risk mitigation, project implementation, change facilitation, detailed reporting, and coaching. He has a knack for tackling complex issues or findings and presenting them to clients in a clear and accessible way.

A Microsoft Excel guru and Genesys Cloud™ WFM specialist, Karl holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, and has delivered complex projects utilizing Prince2 and PMP frameworks. This flexibility allows him to provide high-quality yet tailored approaches to a wide range of organizations, staff and customers.
